A few of our boats went fishing today. The “Reel Addiction” with Captain Ron Callis had a good afternoon with a very nice big eye tuna! The crew also reported some other big eye action during the trip as well. Aboard the “Last Call” Captain Franky Pettolina landed his crew a 73 pound wahoo and some yellow fin tuna. Bay fishing was even better today. The tides seem to be in the morning as Captain Nick Clemente caught 5 keeper flounder in the morning and throwbacks throughout the remainder of his trips. The “Bay Bee” with Captain Mikey Walsh had keepers in both of his trips along with throwbacks. Fewer throwbacks were seen in the afternoon. The tides should be shifting by the end of the week and good flounder fishing will hopefully be in the afternoon!
