We apologize for having such a gap between our fishing reports, however we have been busy counting fishing and encountered some technical difficulties with the website. So here is what you missed! The tuna are still here and we had a fantastic tuna tournament with plenty of fish weighed in. Check out our tuna tournament video on the home page for more details!!! Today an impressive big eye tuna was caught on the “Foolish Pleasures” with Captain Dale Lisi. The big eye weighed in at 198 pounds and was accompanied by a 50 pound yellow fin. (see photo) Aboard the “Reel Addiction” Captain Ron Callis returned with 2 nice sized yellow fin and a very nice gaffer dolphin after trolling at the canyons. More yellow fin and a Bluefin were brought back by the “Game On” with Captain John Yost at the helm. On a large four boat charter the “Blood Sweat & Tears”, “Instigator”, “Game Over”, and “Last Call” all returned with fish boxes full of bluefish, dolphin and happy customers after a 1/2 day of inshore fishing. The heaviest dolphin was caught aboard the “Blood, Sweat & Tears” with Captain Jeremy Blunt and weighed a around 10 pounds. Shark fishing has been decent and Captain Mark Sampson on the “Fish Finder” reports releasing a variety of shark species during his 1/2 day trip.  Bay fishing seems to be doing really well, especially with the clean water on the incoming tide. Captain Nick Clemente on the charter “Get Sum” had an afternoon filled with throwbacks, crabs, and clams as well as 3 keeper flounder (see photo).  The “Bay Bee” with Captain Mikey Walsh had an exceptional morning with a large number of throw backs and 7 keepers and 46 throwbacks on his afternoon trip. Overall the fishing is exceptional right now, so don’t miss your opportunity to fish with Ocean City’s Premier Charter Fleet today!
