OFFSHORE: Happy 4th of July! While not too many boats went fishing today those who did had a blast! Today the “Playmate” with Captain Jeremy Shandrowski had an “OC Grand Slam” and released a white marlin, a blue marlin, and a spearfish while trolling at the Baltimore. Congrats! On the “Wrecker” Captain Jeremey Blunt returned to report a white marlin release and had 2 blue fin tuna and a handful of nice sized dolphin. Captain Wayne Bradford on the “Muff Diver” returned with 2 nice blue fin and happy customers! After a great day on the “Talkin’ Trash” yesterday the crew didn’t disappoint today and returned with 2 blue fin tuna and plenty of dolphin! INSHORE: On the “Bay Bee” Captain Cale Layton reports a keeper flounder and enough throwbacks to keep all of his customers happy! The “Get Sum” had a great afternoon filled with flounder between his four hour trip and his 2 hour trip. On the “OC Guide Service” Captain John Prather had a busy day filled with flounder, crabs, and a bushel of clams. Right now the fishing is really starting to pick up and we are preparing for our Tuna Tournament. The 28th annual Tuan Tournament will be held next Friday-Sunday weigh-ins will be from 4-7pm here at the Ocean City Fishing Center.
