While captains are gearing up for the 25th annual Ocean City Tuna Tournament this week, they are still fishing. Today on a make up charter Captain Steve Pfeiffer on the “Game Over” returned with a very nice gaffer dolphin, and spotted a few big eye tuna while fishing today. The “Samurai I” with Captain Jeremy Blunt had a very successful day today returning with 4 yellow fin tuna which were accompanied by a white marlin release. Aboard the “Fish Finder” with Captain Mark Sampson a variety of species of sharks were released including a spinners, and Atlantic sharp nose. On our bay fishing head boat the “Bay Bee” Captain Mikey Walsh reported one of the best days of the summer yet! The boat returned from its morning trip with a report of throwbacks, with the change in trips came a change in tides and the afternoon produced 10 keeper flounder and 50+ throwbacks. On the bay private charter the “Get Sum” Captain Nick Clemente reported 6 keeper flounder, plenty of throwbacks and crabs between his three trips today. Overall the fishing has really picked up and the fish are quite impressive. Don't miss your opportunity to fish with Ocean City's Premier Charter Fleet Today.
