While the offshore forecast was not very pleasant it was a beautiful day to go fishing in the bay. Captain Nick Clemente on the bay private charter the “Get Sum” had 2 keepers and an abundance of throwback flounder today between his two trips. On another bay excursion Captain Mikey Walsh aboard the “Bay Bee” had reports of good numbers and large throwback flounder. The “Bay Bee” will continue to run its' bay fishing trips for the next few months, some of these trips will even be 6 hour rockfish trips. Don't forget to join us on Tuesday September 11 for the 11th annual Spot Tournament, the largest in the world; it is a great time for everyone!! Registration begins at 4 pm, fishing begins at 5!
