It was another day full of dolphin from our offshore boats. The “Wrecker” with Captain Jeremy Blunt had a good day today and returned with 270 pounds of dolphin in the fish box. More dolphin were caught on the “Husevo” today with Captain Mark Robbins who returned with a cart full of dolphin and an impressive yellow fin that weighed about 60 pounds. The “Foolish Pleasures” with Captain Dale Lisi had a similar day with a nice yellow fin around 40-50 pounds and plenty of dolphin. Our private boats the “Spring Mix” and the “Out-Rea-Geous” also returned with fish boxes full of dolphin, 33 for the “Spring Mix” and 40 for the “Out-Rea-Geous”. While not everyone was able to go offshore today a good number of people took advantage of the phenomenal flounder bite that we have had recently. The “Moore Bills” with Captain Rob Skillman took a fun trip to the wrecks and returned with 14 flounder, a trigger and a bluefish. ON our head boat the “Bay Bee” Captain Cale Layton lead his afternoon crew to over 8 keeper flounder! The “OC Guide Service” with Captain Jon Prather had a good day today and had a few keepers in the morning and a few in the afternoon! Captain Nick Clemente on the “Get Sum” also stayed busy today and returned with a keeper in the afternoon and plenty of throwbacks.
