Our boats took advantage of the good fishing and the even better weather. It was a little bit of a slower day but still busy! The “Talkin Trash” with Captain Chris Little returned with 8 yellowfin and 9 mahi in the box. Captain Mark Malamphy on the “Finantic” also had a good day today releasing a white marlin, and returning to white a report of 2 yellowfin, and a mahi. The “Spring Mix II” with Captain Chris Watokowski had a good mix of fish with 2 yellowfin and On the “Bills 4 Bills” with Captain Ron Callis returned with 4 yellowfin. Captain Rob Skillman on the “Moore Bills” had an exciting day full of mahi!! The “Wrecker” with Captain Jeremy Blunt also had a day with some mahi action! More yellowfin were caught about the “Game On” with Captain Jon Yost who returned with 2 yellowfin. A white marlin was released off of the “Stalker” by Captain Steve Moore.
Our private boats also had a good day as well. The “Amanda May-Hem” with Captain Elliott Pomeranz returned with a reporte of 3 yellowfin, 3 mahi, and a mako release. Captain Dale Lisi on the “Foolish Pleasures” returned with 3 yellowfin.
Inshore fishing has been great recently as well. Captain Mark Sampson on the “Fish Finder” reported multiple shark releases. The “Playtime” took a break from tuna fishing and went inshore catching 5 bluefish and some rockfish this morning. The “OC Guide Service with Captain John Prather had an exciting morning full of blackdrum, sheapshead and shark releases. Captain Nick Clemente on the “Get Sum” also had a fun day inshore at the wrecks catching 2 really nice red drum. On his morning trip they had a keeper flounder among many releases.
