Offshore: After a busy weekend of tuna fishing our Captains took a little break today and we only had two boats fish. The bite has been a little later so our Captains were not back when we began the report, we will update you once we recieve reports! However the “Reel Attitude” with Captain Terry returned with a nice yellow fin, some dolphin and reported heavy tuna action releasing a few other before they returned. Inshore: Our bay flounder fishing head boat has reported high numbers of throwbacks the past few days, but have not seen as many keepers. The “OC Guide Service” with Captain John Prather had a successful morning and returned with 2 keepers, a 10 pound bluefish and plenty of throwbacks. Both of Captain Nick Clemente boats the “Get Sum” and the “Ivy Sea” took trips today and had caugh good numbers of flounder!!! Right not the fishing is starting to pick up and we are still seeing an abundance of tuna, and dolphin. We hope that the marlin bite will pick back up in time for the open, as it usually does!
