With the bite being a little later in the afternoon a majority of our boats have taken what we consider a late start and are arriving back later, but with fish in the box. The “Blood Sweat and Tears” with Captain Jeremy Blunt returned around eight last night with 12 yellow fin tuna. Around the same time the “Playmate” with Captain Jeremy Shandrowski returned with 8 yellow fin. Arriving after we closed was the “Foolish Pleasures” who had a fantastic day with 16 yellow fin tuna. More yellow fin, 8 to be exact, were in the box of the “Game Over” with Captain Steve Pfeiffer along with a nice 24 pound dolphin. Captain Ron Callis on the “Reel Addiction” took a fun trip and reports catching 2 wreck fish, some dolphin, and some blueline tile fish. One of our private boats the “Fugitive” returned with the rest of the fleet last night and had limited out on yellow fin (24). Another private boat the “Two-Timing Connie” returned to report a white marlin release and 3 yellow fin tuna. With all of the tuna action offshore it is easy to overlook bay fishing, however bay fishing has been pretty good recently. The “Bay Bee” returned from the morning trip with 4 keepers and plenty of throwbacks, and Captain Cale Layton reported good numbers and sized throwbacks. Captain Nick Clemente on the “Get Sum” also reported good numbers of throwbacks on his morning trip. Right now the tuna bite is hot, and most boats are returning with double digits of fish in the box. Don't miss your opportunity to fish with Ocean City's Premier Charter fleet today!
