Captain Dale Lisi on the “Foolish Pleasures” returned from his trip yesterday with a high numbers of large dolphin. While we didn't see any marlin releases here at the fishing center plenty of boats from our sister marina Sunset had high numbers of marlin after making the hike to the Norfolk canyon! Crews have been seeing upwards of 20 plus marlin in a given trip, and we are hopeful that the boats fishing today will do the same if they traveled that far! Bay fishing has been hot recently too. The “Bay Bee” is consistently seeing keeper flounder on each trip as well as the “Get Sum” and the “OC Guide Service.” We look forward to this time of year for the excellent fishing but we need anglers!
