OFFSHORE: It was a fairly quiet day around the fishing center today. The “Wrecker” with Captain Jeremy Blunt took a make up trip today and had a good day returning with 2 bluefin tuna, 5 dolphin and reported releasing a few others. More tuna were seen on the “Game On” with Captain Jon Yost who reported 2 yellow fin releasing plenty of others and 4-5 really nice gaffer dolphin! Captain Frank Pettolina on the “Last Call” reported releasing a mako. The “Spring Mix” with Captain Chris returned to report plenty of dolphin! INSHORE: The “Bay Bee” with Captain Cale Layton managed to squeeze in their morning trip today just before the weather turned and had a report of a few keepers and plenty of throwbacks. Captain John Prather of the “OC Guide Service” also snuck in his morning trip and snagged two leaderboard spots for a sea trout, and a triggerfish. His report also consisted of a few flounders and an exciting ride home to beat the storm. We anticipate a very busy weekend full of great times and tight lines.
