As the last day to fish in May came to an end the flounder fishing really picked up in the back bays! Captain Mikey Walsh on the headboat the “Bay Bee” had 2 keeper flounder this morning and high numbers of throwbacks. On the bay private charter Captain Nick Clemente had 9 keeper flounder on his morning trip, 2 keepers on his evening trip and plenty of crabs and clams! A few boats ventured offshore today. Captain Rob Skillman on the “Moore Bills” had luck in releasing two yellow fin tuna. The fish are here and are continuing to arrive; we are in need of anglers. Remember that a fishing trip makes a great graduation or father's day present.
