The OC Shark Tournament weigh-ins saw more sharks come to the scale this afternoon. As in most tournaments on the last day, the leaderboard changed a few times. Mako, Thresher and Blue sharks were all brought to the scale. A few boats in the OCFC Charetr Fleet fished today. Capt. Jeremy Blunt on the Wrecker released 4 Blue Sharks on their inshore trip to the Jackspot. Capt. Mark Hoos, Jr. on the Playmate came back with 2 Bluefin tuna and 1 yellowfin tuna. Capt. Ed Kaufman on the Jade II caught two bluefin tuna fishing in the Baltimore. Capt. Dale on the Foolish Pleasures came in with 2 Bluefin tuna. The “Muff Diver” with Capt. Joe Riley caught 2 bluefin and released a few others, after an exciting afternoon of tuna fishing the crew caught five blue sharks and released many more! Capt. Nick Clemente on the Get Sum caught a few throwback Flounder on their afternoon bay trip. Capt. John Prather on the OC Guide Service caught lots of throwback Flounder on his morning trip, more thowbacks and 2 keeper Flounder on his afternoon trip and on his evening trip he caught 1 keeper flounder and a few throwbacks.
