Capt. Josh on the Instigator returned with 5 Mahi-Mahi and released 3 White Marlin and 1 Blue Marlin.  The Game On with Capt. Jon came back with a White Marlin.  Capt. Fishing was a bit slow today but boats did return with Yellow fin tuna, Blue fin tuna, Big Eye tuna, Mahi and marlin releases.

The Playmate came in with 6 yellow fin tuna, 2 blue fin tuna and 3 mahi.  The Wrecker returned with 3 yellow fin tuna and 5 mahi.  The Spring Mix came in with 2 blue fin tuna and 2 mahi.  The Moore Bills caught 1 yellow fin tuna, 3 mahi and released a white marlin. … Read more »

YESTERDAY, SUNDAY, JUNE 23RD WE HAD 51 BOATS OUT FISHING.  THE FIRST BOATS TO RETURN WERE COMING BACK FROM OVERNIGHTERS.  CAPT. CHRIS ON THE TALKIN TRASH CAME BACK WITH 11 YELLOW FIN.  CAPT. FRIDAY WE HAD A FEW BOAT BRAVE THE WIND AND SEAS AND THEY RETURNED WITH BOXES FULL OF TUNA AND DOLPHIN.  CAPT. STEVE ON THE STALKER RETURNED WITH 3 YELLOW FIN TUNA AND 1 DOLPHIN.  CAPT. CHARTER BOAT “JUST FOLD” WINS THE MAKO RELEASES IN THIS YEAR’S MAKO MANIA.  CONGRATULATIONS TO THEM FOR TAKING HOME OVER $21,000.00.

THE BIG EYES AND YELLOW FIN TUNA HAVE ARRIVED.  WE HAD MANY BOATS OUT FISHING ON FRIDAY AND RETURN WITH BIG EYE TUNA, THE LARGEST TOTAL WEIGHT WAS 534 POUNDS.  OTHER BOATS RETURNED WITH YELLOW FIN TUNA AND DOLPHIN.  ALSO, SEEING WHITE MARLIN RELEASES AND SHARK RELEASES.

We saw many Bluefin Tuna brought to the docks this weekend.  Also, the first Mako of the season was also brought into OCFC aboard the charter boat, “Finatic”.  The “Bill$ 4 Bills” came in yesterday with their limit of Bluefin Tuna.  The “Wrecker” came in Saturday with a Bluefin and a Dolphin and released over… Read more »
