NEW FOR 2026! Added level Q (formerly level P) was entered by over 85% of our participants in 2025, and the pot for this winning fish was over $43,000. New for 2026: level Q2. Q2 is a $1,000 added entry. This prize will be awarded to the single heaviest dolphin weighing a minimum of 20 pounds, entered at this level. Should no teams weigh a 20-pound dolphin during the event, the prize money will be tolled to 2027. #offshorefishing #ocmd #sportfishing
NEW FOR 2026! This may be the Ocean City Tuna Tournament teams' favorite newly added entry-level, level L, Terrific Tuna. This prize will be awarded to the 1st 200 pound tuna boated. The boated time of the fish will be assigned by the Fishing Center dock office after being contacted. Eligible fish will be scored in the order they are boated, not in the order they are weighed. The first boated fish to weigh 200 pounds will win this level regardless of the outcome of the tournament. In the event there are no 200-pounders weighed by boats in level L, the prize money will be rolled to the following year. #ocmd #sportfishing #offshorefishing #tuna

The weather has put a slight hold on our fishing today however some of our boats braved the rain and returned with fish. As the summer heat rises we continue to see tuna return to the docks at the Ocean City Fishing Center.  Today Captain Rob Skillman on the “Moore Bills” took high hook returning with 11 yellow fin tuna that had a combined total “stringer” weight of 209 pounds.
